Most manufacturers have provided the towing specifications in the vehicles Operation and Maintenance manuals. Quantum Trailers can also expertly advice you accordingly.

Pulling loads which are heavier than your car engine power rating can cause serious damages to your vehicle. Always refer to manufacturers specifications. Inexperienced drivers should never be allowed to pull a trailer without proper guidance.

Advance booking very important. Copy of your ID, and all your other personal contact details including a reference contact person. A refundable deposit of 5,000 to cover for any damages when in use is also a requirement.

The Kenya Traffic Act Cap 403 2009 revised edition (2012) defines a trailer as “…any vehicle designed to be drawn by a motor vehicle”. All the rules that apply to heavy truck trailers are the same that apply to any motor vehicle excluding a motor cycle.

We charge a nominal fee of shs. 35,000 to all our customers who place orders with from our showroom. Just like Pick-up vehicles, all trailers require to go for inspection every year with nominal fess of under 5,000/- for trailers under 3ton capacity. Annual insurance fees are also applicable.
